The name Unn stands for wave, depth and sea. The word has a symbolic meaning in Nordic mythology and fits very well with our culinary approach. The word Unna (Swedish for treat, indulge) also derives from Unn. Something that captures the essence and our ambition as to how this separated space with only eight seats, a chef and visionary, seasonal gastronomy will be experienced by our guests.
At Unn we serve the same menu to everyone around the Teppanyaki simultaneously. The daily produce that are served always consists of shellfish, mollusks, fish and meat. Note that we are not able to make the menu completely vegetarian/vegan.
At UNN we serve three different beverage pairings that are mandatory for our guests, please comment in the message box your choice of pairing.
Menu with alcohol pairing – 2 690
Menu with non-alcoholic pairing – 1 990
Menu with combined pairing – 2 290
Hours: Wednesday-Saturday 7pm with one serving only per night.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations can be made up to 72 hours prior to your date of reservation.
If later then that or if we are unable to fill your spot we reserve the right to charge a fee of 1000 SEK per guest, the same rules applies to no-show.
We open up our reservation one month in advance, day by day.
